Where can I purchase a gift card?
Online gift cards can be purchased via our website. Physical gift cards must be purchased in-store.
I just purchased my $100 dollar E-gift card, but I didn’t receive my $20 dollar E-gift card, where is it?
Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery. If it has been over 72 hours and you still have not received your E-gift card, please email your purchase information to info@hehfood.com and they will work to resolve the situation. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Purchase information includes purchaser’s email/phone number, date and approx. time of purchase, and store of purchase.
Can I purchase an $100 E-gift card and receive a $20 dollar in-store gift card?
When you purchase a $100 E-gift card, an off-site team will automatically email you a $20 E-gift card.
If you would like to purchase a $100 physical gift card, we can give you a $20 physical gift card in-store, or you can purchase a $100 physical gift card, and we can send a $20 E-gift card to your email address.
Can I spend my gift card on the same day of purchase?
Unfortunately, you must wait until the next day to utilize your gift cards.
Are gift cards good for all stores?
Yes, gift cards are valid for all Happy Endings Hospitality stores.
If I spend $150, can I get a $30 gift card?
For every $100 you spend on gift cards, you will be given a $20 gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot give a $30 gift card at $150, but if you spend $200 you can receive $40.
